Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster 2010 : Cerita ini melanjutkan kisah Scooby-Doo dan Misteri geng Inc pada sleuthing petualangan lain. Pada awal cerita, memburu yang terjadi dengan Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, dan Scooby Doo (suara Frank Welker) mengejar sosok berjubah. Fred menangani dalam robek angka dan Daphne dari tudung dan semua orang terkejut melihat siapa itu. Cerita kemudian melompat ke satu minggu sebelumnya dimana sekolah baru saja berakhir. Velma (Hayley Kiyoko) dan Shaggy (Nick Palatas) sedang menunggu oleh van untuk Fred (Robbie Amell) dan Daphne (Kate Melton), sehingga mereka dapat pergi untuk memenuhi Daphne Paman, yang telah memberikan mereka pekerjaan musim panas di klub negaranya di Erie Point sehingga geng dapat membayar untuk kerusakan yang mereka lakukan terhadap sebuah gudang pengaturan pada api (yang kebetulan kesalahan Shaggy dan Scooby sebagai Shaggy tidak tahu jerami yang mudah terbakar akibat kurangnya tanda) dalam salah satu misteri mereka. Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster 2010 : The story continues the story of Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang on another sleuthing adventure. In the beginning of the story, a chase is happening with Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby Doo (voice of Frank Welker) chasing after a cloaked figure. Fred tackles the figure and Daphne rips off the hood and everyone is shocked to see who it is. The story then jumps to a week earlier where school has just ended. Velma (Hayley Kiyoko) and Shaggy (Nick Palatas) are waiting by the van for Fred (Robbie Amell) and Daphne (Kate Melton) so they can go to meet Daphne’s Uncle, who has given them summer jobs at his country club in Erie Point so the gang can pay for the damages they did to a barn setting it on fire (which happened to be Shaggy and Scooby’s fault as Shaggy didn’t know hay was flammable due to the lack of a sign) during one of their mysteries. They then find Fred and Daphne making out in the back of the van. Daphne reveals that they started dating after she fell out of the top of the barn from the mystery that caused them to get the summer jobs and he had caught her, making her realize that he was “the one.” Velma warns them that often when two people in a group start dating, any changes of that relationship affects the whole group, but the two don’t seem to care.
